PASSES
A) PRE-PURCHASED PASSES REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION
How and where do I pick up my pass?
All passes can be collected from the registration desk at Hugos by Modestos on 30th and 31st Dec 2016 from 1930hr. Please present proof of purchase.
Registration closes at 22:30hr.
What is the difference between full and party pass?
Full pass is inclusive of 6 hours workshops and 36 hours party; party pass does not include workshops.
How does the registration process work for the full/party pass?
Registration desks will be set up near the entrance of Dance Hall at Hugos.
What are the terms and conditions for the full/party pass holder?
Coloured wristband allows us to identify you as a full or party pass holder. When you collect your wristband, you are asked to agree to the following conditions:
1) Wear the wristband at all times during workshop and party.
2) Lost wristband will be charged full rate for replacement.
3) Damaged wristband will be charged RM25 for replacement.
Can I buy the pass at the door?
Workshop pass may be purchased at door at RM50 (USD12.50) per class (1 hour). Party passes will not be sold at the door. Participants are encouraged to purchase full passes or party passes on our website (http://kizombainfinity.com), or through official promoters.
I have purchased the pass but I can’t come. Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final. We will not give refunds or partial refunds.
Can I transfer the pass to another person?
No. Pass are strictly not transferable.
Can my friend pick up my pass for me?
It is recommended that each person collects his/her own pass to ensure accuracy. Kizomba Infinity is not responsible to any lost pass.
How many passes can I purchase at once?
No limit. All details of individual participants must be filled, so the ownership of passes can be identified.

Hugos by Modestos in Petaling Jaya near Kuala Lumpur.
Which is the closest airport to the venue?
Subang Airport (SZB), KLIA and KLIA2.
Which hotel is recommended?
Qliq Damansara Hotel and Manhattan Business Hotel offer discounted rate for Kizomba Infinity’s participants. Qliq Damansara Hotel is in the same complex with Hugos by Modestos in Empire Damansara, and Manhattan Business Hotel is just across the road. Nearby hotel includes Royal Bintang Hotel.

Will there be parking?
Yes. Qliq Damansara Hotel guests get free parking at B4. For non-residents, basement parking is available.
What if I lose some item I carry with me?
Please take care of your belongings. Kizomba Infinity will not be responsible with any loss and item being stolen. A lost and found counter/basket will be set up near the entrance of the dance hall.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
No. Light refreshment will be provided. You are encouraged to support our venue provider by ordering a la carte specially designed for the event.
Can I eat in the dance hall?
Strictly no eating, drinking and smoking in the dance hall. This is to ensure comfort of other dancers as well as cleanliness of the dance floor.
NON-STOP PARTY
What does 36hrs non-stop party actually mean? Is there having any breaks or pauses?
No. DJs will take shifts and play continuously for 36 hours, starting on Sat. Dec. 31st at 21:00hrs until Monday 2nd at 09:00hrs. The moment the DJs start, they will not stop until the end.
When do I sleep? When do I eat?
Up to you really. Usually, people in such non-stop parties go and catch a few hours of sleep here and there, and then rush back to the dance-floor. Some of the craziest get almost no sleep… Anyway, the party will be there, and you can come and leave as you please. However, our DJs will do their best to hypnotise you into making it difficult for you to leave! Plan to rest before and/or after the event!
For food, Hugos by Modestos will be providing light refreshment during the day. Hugos by Modestos will also propose special menu for the event, there are also many restaurants and cafes in the complex.
Is there a room in the premise where we could change and shower?
No. To maximize the non-stop experience, we encourage participants to book a room with Qliq Damansara hotel or Manhattan Business Hotel, so you can shower and rest before hitting the dance floor again whenever you please.
I am not used to such long parties, am I going to last?
This a totally new concept in Asia, which has taken Europe by the storm over the past year. People just loved it, because they want to dance. Believe us, the feeling is infectious, once you get into the flow, you will not want to leave it except for eating, resting a bit and showering. It is also a huge opportunity to meet all kizomba dancers from Asia, Pacific and beyond, so in between dances, you will be also socialising!
I am not so much of an experienced dancer in kizomba, will I fit in?
Of course! The party is NOT for experts only! There will be dancers of all levels and background in the party, coming from many different countries! Plus, after such an amount of crazy non-stop practice, you will feel that your level has improved like magic just by dancing with so many different partners.
For those of you who want to gain confidence and/or learn some tricks to be used on the dance-floor, we have thought of you and also organised a set of 6 intensive workshops before the party (see WORKSHOPS section).
What should I wear?
Because the party is so long, there will be several phases so you can dress accordingly. The evenings will be glamorous and you may want to smarten up. The mornings and afternoon will be more relaxed.
Ladies: in any case, besides your sexy 5 inches high dance shoes, you should definitely pack a pair of comfortable, flat shoes or sneakers, or your feet will cry for mercy at some point. Don’t forget some comfortable clothing beside you super sexy killer dress.
To ensure comfort of the others, please also bring along small towel(s) in case you get sweaty, and wear cologne/perfume the entire time.
What happens at the exact time of New Year?
There will be a countdown to New Year, and then the party will go crazy for a while as you will jump, scream, and hug your friends all at the same time! Our DJs will make sure the atmosphere gets insane in the room!!!
WORKSHOP
Do I need or have to come in with my own partner?
No.
Is video recording allowed during workshop?
No video recording is allowed during workshop, you may record demo at the end of the class.
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable and appropriate footwear. Please be advised to bring your own towel and wear cologne/perfume for the comfort of others.
Is there a room on the premise where we could change and shower?
No. We encourage participants to book a room with Qliq Damansara Hotel or Manhattan Business Hotel, so you can shower and rest before the next activity without being far from the premise.
When will the workshop schedule be announced?
Workshops start at 10:15am to 18:45pm on the 31st of December, 2016, with an hour break for lunch. The schedule will be finalised and announced on our website and Facebook page 2 weeks before.
Will there be refreshment?
Yes.
NEW-YEAR EVE DINNER
Is New Year Eve dinner included in the package?
No. New Year Eve dinner is sold separately. Hugos by Modestos will prepare great International Buffet for the occasion. Please book your New Year Eve Dinner on our website to avoid disappointment. Dinner pass will not be sold at the door.
New Years eve Buffet starts at 19:00hrs to 22:00hrs.
Please note that there will be road closure around the city due to other New Year Eve’s relater roadshow. Participants are encourage to book New Years Eve Buffet so you will not go hungry.
